About us
LITECH was founded as a subsidiary of HALMEK. HALMEK company has been operating on the market since 2007 and is engaged into the production and sales of chemical products. Our main activity is the production of lithium hydroxide.
Our factory is located in the Tula region, in Pervomayskoye village. The first trial products were manufactured in October 2016.

Geography of activity
Our company constantly strives to expand the geography of its activity, at the moment the main consumers of lithium hydroxide are concentrated in Europe and Asia, but we also plan to work in the Middle East market.

Current production
In 2016, the company's first plant for the production of lithium hydroxide was opened.
Production expansion
In 2020 HALMEK launched an investment project to build its second hydrometallurgical plant on the territory of the UZLOVAYA SEZ (Special economic zone) in the Tula Region (200 km from Moscow, Russia) with a capacity of 20,000 tons per year of battery-grade lithium hydroxide monohydrate.
